The Home and School Association organizes various services and social programs for the parents of students. These programs provide support and assistance for the educational activities of their children and many opportunities for dedication and cooperation to develop into enduring friendships. All parents of students enrolled in Cardinal Newman High School are automatically members of the Home and School Association. There are no fees or dues for memberships.

We guarantee you will walk away with not only your hours but true friendships that will last a lifetime!!

At Cardinal Newman, our Home & School Association (HSA) plays a vital role in building the strong sense of community that makes our school so special. Working together with parents, faculty, staff, and administration, the HSA supports a variety of school programs, events, and activities that enrich the experience of every student.

One of the best ways to connect with the Cardinal Newman community is through volunteering. Whether you have 30 minutes to spare or are looking for a larger role, there are opportunities for everyone to make a difference.

From student activities and parent hospitality to campus events and special projects, your time, talents, and enthusiasm help strengthen our school community. We will gladly work with your schedule and interests to find volunteer opportunities that fit your availability.

Join the Newman Night Gala Committee

Looking for another meaningful way to support Cardinal Newman?

Consider joining the Newman Night Gala Committee, a dedicated group of volunteers who help plan and support our largest fundraising event of the year. The Gala plays a critical role in advancing Cardinal Newman’s mission and helping us provide exceptional Catholic education for current and future Crusaders.

The Gala Committee meets on the second Wednesday of each month and, beginning in January, also on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Meetings are held at the Sister Anne Richard Alumni Center, and new members are always welcome.
