Cardinal Newman High School welcomed more than 400 families to campus on October 8, 2026, for College Fair Night. Representatives from 115 colleges and universities met directly with students and parents, offering insight into academic programs, tuition, campus life, admissions, and more.
The evening gave students an opportunity to explore a wide range of institutions, ask questions, and discover possibilities that align with their interests and goals. For families navigating the college search, these conversations provided valuable information to help guide their next steps.“Our goal is to help each student discover opportunities that reflect their strengths, interests, and aspirations,” said Candace Caterina, M.A., Director of College and Career Counseling. “College Fair Night allows students and families to make personal connections, explore their options, and approach the college search with greater confidence. Ultimately, it is about finding the best fit for each unique student.”
With a 100% college acceptance rate, Cardinal Newman pairs high expectations with personalized guidance. Through one-on-one counseling, college workshops, financial aid planning, college fairs, and campus visits from college representatives, students receive support throughout the college planning and application process.
College Fair Night is one of the many ways Cardinal Newman helps students prepare for life beyond high school, empowering them to make informed decisions about their education and future.
